All bookings made through Somestate are subject to availability and confirmation. We facilitate transactions between users but are not a party to any rental or purchase agreement. Payment terms: • Payments are processed securely • Refunds are subject to cancellation policies • Service fees are non-refundable • Currency is in USD unless specified

Somestate shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to: • Property disputes • Payment issues between parties • Inaccurate listing information • Service interruptions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somestate and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Somalia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mogadishu.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
